Chameleon is recognizing Sara as Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2019! Congratulations, Sara!

We would like to share her responses to a few questions we asked her:

Q: Who is your role model, and why?

A: Growing up, I never really had a role model. Now that I am older and wiser, I have gained a lot of respect for my parents for the struggles and adversities that they had to go through to give their children a better life. No matter what struggles and adversities I go through is nothing in comparison.  It gives me a valuable perspective on life. So, you can say my parents are my role models.

Q: Tell me about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career.

A: When I finish high school in 1990, I took a summer job with my mom doing manual labor getting paid approximately $5 an hour.  I remember thinking, if I could make $20 an hour, I would be set.  That was my goal. Well, I have surpassed that amount several times over.  I guess, if you set small goals, you will always reach it. ;p

Q: What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your resume alone?

A: There are many interesting things.  For shock value, maggots ate my brain when I was a baby.  I was ran over by a semi-truck in 2000 and spent 2 months in 3 different hospitals.

Q: What inspires you?

A: I am not sure how to answer this one. When I was 14 years old I had a dream. In that dream I was floating in space. Floating in front of me was a circuit board, a special circuit board. It was created to protect humanity from disasters.  It was created to enable space travel. I woke up from the dream having a desire to do something great for humanity. So, everything I do I do to the best of my ability in hope that whatever it is that I do would contribute to improving humanity existence on this planet.
